For the first time, Bitters of have been sourced, made and bottled in Newfoundland and Labrador. The botanicals were all harvested locally, using ingredients such as seaweed, sweet gale, wild roses, cloudberries (bake apples), chaga and chanterelles.
They are fantastic additions to all cocktails, soft drinks and in cooking too!
