on Saturday July 19th or the morning of July 20th
Runners, walkers, and children over the age of 10 are welcome to register! Pets and baby strollers are not permitted to race as per NLAA guidelines (sorry!)
Join us after the race for cocktails, BBQ, live entertainment, and awards ceremony! All ages welcome!

- Early bird pricing until June 1st: $55 per entry
- Price from June 1st - July 18th: $65 per entry
- Registration closes on July 18th or when the maximum number of numbers have registered
- Net proceeds will be donated to the Trinity Conception Placentia Health Care Foundation

Race Route
The 5 km route begins at The Newfoundland Distillery Company located at 14 Conception Bay Highway. It finishes at the end of Riverside Avenue, right across the road from the Distillery.

Frequently asked Questions
Can I park at the Distillery on race day?
Unfortunately, parking at the Distillery on the day of the Dash is not possible because of the limited space, and for the safety of participants at the start line. We have arranged parking at either the Clarke's Beach Town Hall or Lawton's Drugs in Clarke's Beach. Both are a short 10 minute walk or alternatively, a free shuttle bus can bring you to the Distillery and bring you back to your car after the post-race reception.
Can I pick up my race kit on the morning of the race?
We strongly encourage you to pick up your kit on Saturday, the day before the race, to avoid delays on race day. You can pick it up on Sunday morning as well but please give yourself a little extra time so you don’t miss the start! Please bring your Shopify order number with you.
Is the race on a closed course?
The Conception Bay Highway between the Distillery and Glam Road will be reduced to one lane of traffic for the start of the run only. The remainder of the race is not on a closed course. There will be volunteers at each turn to guide you through the route. Please keep right at all times, heed traffic marshals, use extreme caution while navigating the route, and familiarize yourself with the route prior to race day.
Are children or pets allowed to participate in the race?
Children over the age of 10 are welcome to register for the race as long as they are accompanied by someone over the age of 19. Unfortunately due to NLAA regulations, children under the age of 10, strollers, and pets are not allowed.
Are children or pets allowed at the post-race reception?
Yes, of course! We just ask that they be accompanied by someone who is 19 or older. We will have a BBQ and live entertainment following the race for everyone.
