Coffee Liqueur

This Coffee Liqueur is a glorious mix of our Aquavit with Kenyan coffee beans roasted by Dark Star Coffee Roasters in Carbonear. The Aquavit provides a rich base for the coffee flavours to shine, with hints of dark cherry, hazelnut and crème brûlée. 


 Fantastic added to a cup of coffee, delicious in all coffee liqueur based cocktails such as the White Russian and especially good in an Espresso Martini. 

Espresso Martini

An Espresso Martini is one of our all time favourties which always hits the spot!

2oz Chaga Rum
1oz Coffee Liqueur
1oz espresso (or coffee)
1/4 oz simple syrup (more or less, depending on the sweetness of your tooth!)

Add all ingredients to an ice-filled cocktail shaker
Shake until chilled (10-15 seconds)
Strain into a martini glass
Garnish with shaved chocolate and/or a coffee bean
Enjoy!

Liqueurs and More!


Our first batch of Coffee Liqueur was released in March 2024. We will continue to release new batches throughout the year.

In the summer of 2024 we will release a Chocolate Liqueur, made in collaboration with The Newfoundland Chocolate Company. The best way to stay up to date on releases would be to sign up to the newsletter below.
