The Tasting Room

In the Tasting Room you can try our aquavit, gins, rums and vodka in all sorts of combinations with different tonics or in all kinds of cocktails! We use Third Place Tonic from St John's, FeverTree Tonics from the UK and a range of kombucha from The St John's Fermentary.

We also have local sourdough bread made by Jamie O'Flaherty, a fine selection of Five Brothers Cheeses from the Goulds, charcuterie from Chinched in St John's, smoked salmon from Witless Bay and a range of chutneys from Steve Curtis in St John's.
