A fresh, bittersweet liqueur made using local botanicals, inspired by classic aperitifs. This was produced in partnership with Terre in St John's and uses local partridgeberry, rowanberry, sweet gale, bakeapple and dandelion root as the base for its flavours. Best served chilled, with soda or tonic, or in other cocktails.
