  • 1 oz Cloudberry Gin
  • ½ oz Aperol
  • ¼ oz Elderflower Liqueur
  • ¾ oz Lemon juice
  • ½ oz Honey Syrup
  • 3 oz Club Soda
  • Cloudberry Bitters

    • Instructions

    1. Add all ingredients (minus the club soda) to an ice-filled cocktail shaker and shake until chilled
    2. Strain into a tall glass with ice
    3. Top with club soda and stir
    4. Garnish with a lemon slice and a maraschino cherry. Enjoy!
