  • 1 ¼ oz Cloudberry Gin
  • 1 oz St. Germain (Elderflower Liquor)
  • ¾ oz Egg Whites
  • ½ oz Simple Syrup
  • ½ Lemon
  • Drop of balsamic
  • Muddled Strawberries

    • Instructions

    1. Muddle strawberries in your shaker then add ice, and pour the gin over the ice.
    2. Add the simple syrup, elderflower liquor, egg whites, and squeeze half a lemon into the shaker.
    3. Shake well for no more than 10 seconds, and strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with a strawberry and enjoy!
