Ingredients

  • 2 oz Chaga Rum
  • ⅓ oz Sweet Vermouth
  • 2 Dashes Chaga & Chanterelle Bitters
  • Instructions

    1. Add ice to your shaker and pour in the Rum and Vermouth.
    2. Stir with a cocktail spoon for a good 20 seconds to mix.
    3. Strain into a chilled martini glass and finish by dashing the bitters and adding an orange peel garnish. Enjoy!
