  • 1 ½ oz Gunpowder and Rose Rum
  • ½ a lemon juiced
  • ½ oz Simple syrup
  • 1 oz Egg white
  • 2 oz Red wine
  • 2 Dashes Sweet Gale and Wild Rose Bitters

    • Instructions

    1. Add ice to your shaker and pour the rum over ice.
    2. Add the simple syrup, egg whites, and squeeze half a lemon into the shaker. Shake well for no more than 10 seconds, and strain into a chilled glass.
    3. Top with red wine, give it a couple dashes of Bitters & enjoy!
