  • 1 ½ oz Chaga Rum
  • ½ oz Maple Syrup
  • ½ oz Lemon Juice
  • ¼ oz Elderflower Liqueur
  • ¾ oz Egg White
  • Club Soda
  • Sweet Gale & Wild Rose Bitters

    • Instructions

    1. Add all ingredients (less the soda & bitters) to a cocktail shaker and dry shake (without ice) for 15-20 seconds
    2. Add some ice and shake again until chilled
    3. Strain into a tall glass with ice and top with soda
    4. Top with 2-3 dashes of Sweet Gale & Wild Rose Bitters. Garnish with a lemon twist
    5. Enjoy!
