  • 1 ½ oz Seaweed Gin
  • ¼ oz Green Chartreuse
  • ¾ oz Lime Juice
  • ½ oz Simple Syrup
  • ½ oz Egg White
  • Seaweed & Nettle Bitters

    • Instructions

    1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and dry shake (without ice) for 15-20 seconds
    2. Add some ice to the shaker and shake again until chilled
    3. Strain into a tumbler with a large ice cube
    4. Top with 2-3 dashes of Seaweed & Nettle Bitters, garnish with a lime peel and enjoy!
