  • 1 oz Vodka
  • ½ oz Peach Schnapps
  • ½ a Lemon
  • ½ oz Simple Syrup
  • oz Benjamin Bridge Sparkling Wine

    • Instructions

    1. Fill your shaker with ice and pour the vodka over the ice. Add the peach schnapps, simple syrup, and squeeze half a lemon into the shaker.
    2. Shake well for no more than 10 seconds, and strain into a glass. Top with 2-3 oz of Benjamin Bridge Sparkling Wine.
    3. Gently stir, garnish with an orange peel & enjoy!
