Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz Seaweed Gin
  • ½ oz Pimm's
  • ¼ oz Cinnamon Syrup
  • ½ oz Lemon Juice
  • ¾ oz Egg White
  • Sweet Gale & Wild Rose Bitters
  • Instructions

    1. Add all ingredients (minus the bitters) to a cocktail shaker and dry shake (without ice) for 15-20 seconds
    2. Add some ice and shake again until chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe glass
    3. Top with 2-3 dashes of Sweet Gale & Wild Rose Bitters and garnish with a lemon twist
    4. Enjoy!
