Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz Chaga Rum
  • ½ oz Brandy
  • ⅓ oz Apple Syrup
  • ⅓ oz Lemon Juice
  • Chaga & Chanterelle Bitters
  • Sweet Gale & Wild Rose Bitters
  • Instructions

    1. Add all ingredients (less the bitters) to an ice-filed cocktail shaker and shake until chilled
    2. Strain into a tumbler with a large ice cube
    3. Top with 1 dash each of Chaga & Chanterelle Bitters and Sweet Gale & Wild Rose Bitters
    4. Garnish with an apple slice & enjoy!
